1.Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order number and be redirected to WhatsApp to confirm your delivery details.
2. Final Total Confirmed
Your delivery fee is calculated based on distance,(Ensure you enter your delivery address) ensuring fair pricing for nearby customers.
3. We’ll confirm your final total (products + delivery) via WhatsApp.
4. Delivery will be done within 1 hour after payment is received via Uber courier

We currently accept payment through ATM Cash Send only. This ensures a simple and secure transaction process.
How it works:
1. Create a Cash Send /Ewallet using your own number at your bank’s ATM or mobile app.
2. Send the reference number and PIN to our WhatsApp contact.
3. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.

A: Each Moodi product is designed around a specific mood state. Read through our 6 moods to find the feeling you want – whether it’s calm, focus, creativity, or recovery. You can mix and match to suit your lifestyle.
Q: Are Moodi products legal?
A: Yes. We work exclusively with licensed cannabis growers in South Africa, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety in every pre-roll.
Q: What products do you offer?
A: We currently offer premium pre-rolls curated by mood. They’re ready to use – no grinding, no rolling. In future, we will also offer bud and ritual kits.
Q: What is the minimum order size?
A: A minimum of 3 moods per order is required. You can select a combo pack or build your own mix.
Q: How does delivery work?
A: Orders over R600 qualify for free delivery. Orders under R600 include a courier fee of R150. Nationwide delivery takes 3 to 4 working days.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We currently accept ATM Cash Send. Simply create a Cash Send using your own number, then WhatsApp us the reference number and PIN. Once confirmed, your order number will be sent to you.
